At myelectricscooter we provide FREE delivery to Mainland UK/USA. We use DPD , USPS, DHL to ship our items as we have found them to be the most reliable and effective.

We guarantee same day shipping on orders placed before 4pm and deliver the Next Working Day. All our items are Tracked & Signed along with a one hour time slot for delivery.

Please note Non Mainland UK and USA orders will take two days for items to be delivered and may be chargeable.

You can return your order within 28 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.

Items must not be damaged, and must be returned in full original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.

Additionally, All our products are CE marked, have been MSDS Safety checked and come with UK British and European standard fused plugs. Every care and attention has been given in to ensuring that our product arrives at your door after given the care and attention it deserves. We single-handedly prepare and quality check each and every one of our Hoverboard products prior to dispatching it for delivery to you.

We would like to stress that both Electric Scooters and Hoverboards are not waterproof. Use of these products in the rain, through puddles, muddy and other wet conditions will damage the product and void the warranty and any repairs will be chargeable.
